Leadership, learning and collaboration across generations.

What is this project

LadyLeader Generations is an Erasmus+ small-scale partnership in adult education. It supports women from different generations in developing leadership skills, confidence and active community participation through non-formal education, coaching and practical tools.

The project combines an adapted LadyLeader study programme, coaching and testing with real groups, the creation of a multi-format board game and follow-up community initiatives.

Learning Modules

The project is structured around a set of learning modules that combine reflection, creativity and facilitated interaction.

The modules are adapted to different groups, with variations designed for younger and older participants, ensuring accessibility and relevance across generations.

The sessions

The project activities include workshops, facilitated sessions, collaborative development and testing of the modules and the game. These activities take place in different countries and involve participants from diverse backgrounds and age groups.

The Game

The visual materials created during the sessions are transformed into a card-based game. The game is designed to support reflection, dialogue and intergenerational exchange, allowing the learning process to continue beyond the sessions. It becomes both a result of the project and a tool for future work.

The Comunity Initiatives

The project will produce a set of modules, a card-based game and supporting materials that can be used by facilitators, educators and organisations working with intergenerational groups. All resources will be made available as the project develops.
