Kick-off Meeting in Iceland

The project officially started with a partner meeting in Iceland, where the team came together to align on the vision, structure and next steps of LadyLeader Stories. During the meeting, we clarified the project direction, shared approaches and laid the foundation for the upcoming activities and collaboration.

What happened

The partners met in Iceland for the official kick-off of the project. This first meeting created a shared starting point for the collaboration and helped shape the project journey ahead.

Together, the team reviewed the overall direction, clarified priorities and prepared the next steps for implementation.

Storytelling Clubs

Storytelling Clubs brought the project to life through local workshops in each partner country. These sessions created a space for women to share personal stories, reflect through creative methods and connect with others in their community.

How it unfolded

The Storytelling Clubs were implemented in Iceland, Latvia and Bulgaria, bringing together women from different backgrounds and life experiences. Each session combined storytelling, reflection and visual expression through drawing.

Participants explored their personal journeys, shared meaningful moments and created visual representations of their stories. The process supported connection, self-expression and a deeper sense of belonging within the group.
