lady leader

LADYLEADER is a strategic partnership project run by “InterArt Foundation”, Bulgaria and “Miromida”, Latvia in the framework of Erasmus+ programme. The LadyLeader aims to reach out to women from underdeveloped and remote areas in Bulgaria and Latvia and motivate and empower them to step out of their comfort zone, overcome their fears and lack of self-confidence and finally create social initiatives for inclusion, support and civic participation in their local communities.

TRAINING PROGRAM

Experts from both organisations created a training program containing the modules:

Motivation and Leadership

Creative thinking

Developing self-esteem

Problem-solving

Communication and NVC

Organizational skills & Time management

Mindfulness & Intuition

Emotional Intelligence & Empathy

The training program is translated into Bulgarian and Latvian, including theoretical parts, exercises and videos with Neurographica models.

NEUROGRAPHICA
MODELS

Our NeuroGraphica Trainers Gergana Deenichina and Kristina Castronovo created 8 new models, connected with the training modules. The videos are translated into Bulgarian and Latvian.
